It reveals <strong>a solid market under pressure<\/strong>: demand remains purchase-oriented, while <strong>affordability, quality and flexibility<\/strong> are becoming increasingly decisive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"pg-report-mediaquote\"><figure class=\"pg-report-mediaquote__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/patrigest-dev.condense.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Patrigest-Report8-Img2-1.jpg\"><\/figure><p class=\"pg-report-mediaquote__quote\">Italians continue to see the home as a place of family, security and stability<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A country of homeowners between stability and affordability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Homeownership remains one of Italy\u2019s cultural and economic pillars<\/strong>.
